When is Padre Coffee coming to Queensland you ask? It’s here! Treat yourself a trip to Noosaville and find out what Melbourne has been raving about for years.
The décor is spacious, ultra clean and modern and full of coffee lovers equipment and coffee beans. They roast the beans here too so you’ll be drinking what the Melbourne punters are drinking. You can join the team for coffee cupping on Tuesdays and Saturdays, everyone is welcome.
The grinders were full of the popular Daddy’s Girl blend and single origins for espresso coffee. There were plenty of freshly roasted blends, decaf, single origins for espresso and filter brewing to take home.
I ordered the filter special and when they say special they mean it. I was told they are always seeking unique coffee of the highest quality for their customers to experience. The Colombia La Esperanza Geisha on offer was about $190 a kilo retail. You won’t be charged an arm and a leg though if they brew one up for you. Mine was made using the pour over technique. I found the experience and flavours to be very refined.
