Bean Brewding’s Flavour of the Month for November, or more affectionately known as our Flavourites, include:

Fort Specialty Coffee

Fort Specialty Coffee in North Lakes

Always a welcome stop on the way up to the Sunshine Coast (or on your way to Costco … if that’s your thing), Fort is still one of Brisbane’s best outer suburbs coffee shops. Serving delicious espresso and filter-based coffees from Coffee Supreme, it’s also a great convenient spot to pick up some Coffee Supreme beans if you’re a northsider. As an added bonus, the breakfasts and snacks are just as tasty and satisfying as the coffee!

John Mills Himself

John Mills Himself in Brisbane’s CBD

Meeting in the city has its upside … and one of them is John Mills Himself. It’s a safe haven from the hustle of the Brisbane CBD and allows you to travel the Brisbane coffee landscape … sometimes even Byron Bay … without leaving your stool. There’s always something new and exciting to tantalise your taste buds. The filter coffees have been a stand out this month with an Uncle Joe’s special leading the way!

Manna Beans

Manna Beans in Archerfield

With all the planning and pontificating for the Pop-up Tour, Manna Beans was more like a second home than a flavourite … a second home with heaps of coffee that someone else makes for you! Truly manna from Archerfield. It was a bevy of espressos and pour overs … there is little doubt the Panama Geisha provided our pop-up palettes with most pleasure.
